1. Do not take Sildigra when you are also using nitrates to solve chest pain or heart problems. Nitrates include isosorbide dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate), nitroglycerine (Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid), and isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket). Nitrates can also be present in recreational drugs like amyl nitrate or nitrite. When you take the two drugs at the same time, a sudden and serious drop in blood pressure might occur. During sex, if you feel dizzy or nauseated, or have pain, tingling in your chest neck, arms or jaw, and numbness, stop the activity and call your healthcare provider immediately.
