Sildigra is a well-known market name of sildenafil citrate, a drug primarily used for curing erectile dysfunction (ED), formerly known as impotence - a medical problem in which a man is unable to achieve and keep an erection possible for sexual activity. Because of this, Sildigra has gained wide popularity among adults throughout the years. But before jumping in to Sildigra therapy, make sure to consult your healthcare provider and take the drug with the proper prescription. The drug cannot become effective once you don't take it as prescribed. It's also necessary that you have enough knowledge about the important information regarding Sildigra. Here are some important reminders before taking the drug: 1. Do not take Sildigra when you are also using nitrates to solve chest pain or heart problems. Nitrates include isosorbide dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate), nitroglycerine (Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid), and isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket). Nitrates can also be present in recreational drugs like amyl nitrate or nitrite. When you take the two drugs at the same time, a sudden and serious drop in blood pressure might occur. During sex, if you feel dizzy or nauseated, or have pain, tingling in your chest neck, arms or jaw, and numbness, stop the activity and call your healthcare provider immediately. You could be experiencing some serious side-effect of Sildigra. 2. Never take the drug more than once in 24 hours. Contact your doctor rightaway or seek an emergency medical attention when you have a prolonged (more than four hours) or painful erection. The penis can be damaged by priapism or prolonged erection. 3. Stop taking Sildigra and call for an emergency medical help once you have a sudden loss of vision. Sildigra can cause a drop in blood flow to the optic nerve which can cause vision loss. |
